A tagged ││record is marked "zzz{del}" and is sorted to bottom of file. Edit new data ││into a deleted (or duplicate) record to make it active and save file space on ││disk. [NOTE 1: Use zidxpick.bas (or similiar utility) if you wish to remove ││all deleted records.] ││ ││ └───SORTING RECORDS: Some of the programs in this series require that the ││sort utility "sortfile.com" be available in the current directory or path. ││[See NOTE 2 on Page 3]. Start SORT by pressing the <Shift 8> <*> Key. To view ││<S>orted records, use <F>ile Selection function to choose the <S>orted File. ││(You can sort records outside the program using separate sorting utility.) ││ ││╚═════<F>ile Selection Feature ││Permits selection of <S>orted or <U>nsorted file. The Printer Driver is for IBM Pro-Printer and ││fully compatible printers.
